Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elegant Wear World purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our refined returns process ensures a seamless experience.

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (due to their intimate nature and potential for wear)
  • Bags (to ensure they remain in pristine condition for all customers)
  • Boots & Shoes (as they may show signs of trial wear)
  • Breeks (given their tailored fit and specialized design)
  • Any items from exclusive collections such as the Axford Collection, Cashmere Collection, or Classic Knitwear Collections that have been customized or altered

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a refined and efficient returns process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship your item without this authorization.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the package.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative from our distinguished collections, such as our Country or Childrens Collection.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs for a prompt resolution. We will arrange a free return and full refund or exchange.

International Returns
