Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (due to their intimate nature and potential for wear)
  • Bags (to ensure they remain in pristine condition for all customers)
  • Boots & Shoes (as they may show signs of trial wear)
  • Breeks (given their tailored fit and specialized design)
  • Any items from exclusive collections such as the Axford Collection, Cashmere Collection, or Classic Knitwear Collections that have been customized or altered

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of reshipping the new item within the standard delivery regions (excluding Asia and remote areas).
